Wear and tear is not covered on any purchases.
The buyer certifies they are over 18 years of age. The buyer certifies it is the buyers responsibility to return the vehicle to seller in the event the buyer requires a statutory repair or wishes to exercise their statutory right or reject the vehicle purchased.
In the event the buyer wishes to exercise statutory right and return or reject a vehicle, admin fees, warranty cost, service cost, mot cost and delivery cost will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount paid.
In the event the buyer wishes to exercise statutory right we will only provide a refund once the vehicle has been inspected at a garage of our choice to confirm any faults.
